About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive psychiatric nursing services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in an Adult Outpatient setting. Care is delivered through ambulatory services at the 2 Wall Street clinic and in community-based settings. Responsibilities include psychiatric assessment, medication administration and monitoring, care coordination, patient and family education, crisis intervention, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support recovery, stability, and continuity of care.

Requirements

• A New Hampshire RN license is required, as well as certification as a psychiatric and mental health nurse from the ANCC when eligible.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications required as well
• Must have at least one year of work experience in the field of psychiatric/mental health services.
• Commitment to teamwork
• Self-Starter, Independent
• Time management and organizational skills are a must.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.
• Fundamental computer experience to process e-mail and client access is required.
