About The Position

Aegis of Fremont is looking for a Nurse to provide quality care to our residents. Are you looking for consistent hours that are not in acute care? The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for our residents.
Schedule: FT
Sunday - Thursday
10:30am - 7:30pm

Requirements

• RN License that is active and in good standing
• A passion to work with our amazing seniors!
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work hard, support your team and build fun into the job
• Must be willing to take TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communication with families and physicians
• Documentation and Investigation Reporting
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments
• Wound care
• Audit eMARS, medication cart
• Maintain accurate resident health records
• Medication Management
