Requirements

• Active RN/LVN License in good standing
• Passion for working with seniors
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work hard and support the team
• Willingness to take a TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communicate with families and physicians
• Document and investigate reporting
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, and Fast Scale assessments
• Provide wound care
• Audit eMARS and medication cart
• Maintain accurate resident health records
• Manage medication administration
