About The Position

As a Wellness Nurse at Restore, you’ll use your clinical skills in a modern, client-centered setting. You’ll administer IV nutrient therapy and IM injections, safely oversee Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions, support clients in understanding their wellness options, and collaborate with a high-energy team. You’ll also leverage tech tools, EMR systems, and digital resources to drive clinical excellence—and earn commissions for promoting services that genuinely support client goals. Every day is different, fast-paced, and fun. You’ll build relationships, educate clients, and help people feel their best while maintaining high clinical standards.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2+ years acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
BLS certified
Comfortable administering injections (1+ year)
Tech-savvy and able to work in fast-paced systems
Strong communicator who enjoys client interaction
High integrity, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team

Responsibilities

Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections with confidence and accuracy
Operate and monitor Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
Educate clients on nutrient ingredients, wellness benefits, and treatment options
Document visits and follow protocols in the EMR
Follow medical compliance standards and escalate concerns appropriately
Build rapport and deliver therapeutic communication
Answer questions using Restore’s Nursing Reference Guide
Support a welcoming, professional, and clean clinic environment
Recommend services, memberships, and wellness packages based on client needs
Earn commissions on qualifying sales
Assist with front-of-house operations as needed
Participate in occasional off-site nursing events or studio initiatives
