Competitive Pay: $34.00/hr-$36.00/hr based on experience $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FT SCHEDULE ONLY Flexible Schedule: Full-Time, 32 hours per week, weekday days, rotating weekend evenings. Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours! What You'll Do: Role is primarily focused on monitoring residents, documenting situations, and transfers to the ER when necessary. This position does not include work in a skilled care environment, ideal for those seeking a slower-paced environment. Serve as a supportive companion, promoting the well-being and safety of residents. Assist with limited medication administration and conduct resident assessments. Act as a liaison with families, maintaining communication and care coordination.

Requirements

  • High school education
  • Active, Unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
