Join Elements Massage Highlands Ranch as our next Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) — a key part of our studio team, where sales meets purpose and every day is an opportunity to make someone’s life better. What You’ll Do:As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you'll be the friendly face clients see first and the helpful hand guiding them into a consistent wellness journey. You’ll drive sales and membership growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure every client leaves feeling like a VIP.
Requirements
- You love talking to people, building trust, and making them feel seen and heard
- You’re goal-oriented and energized by meeting (and beating!) sales targets
- You handle fast-paced environments and multi-tasking like a pro
- You're all about integrity, follow-through, and exceptional service
- You’re open to learning, growing, and becoming a wellness expert
- Must be available for in-person shifts in Highlands Ranch, CO 80126
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting
- Must be comfortable with sales and performance metrics

Responsibilities
- Connecting with new and returning clients to understand their needs
- Recommending personalized treatment plans and memberships
- Rebooking appointments and helping clients commit to self-care
- Exceeding expectations by “WOWing” clients with each interaction
- Meeting personal and studio sales goals
- Creating loyal fans through your warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Continually learning through training and role-play to sharpen your skills
- Working closely with an awesome team and management who are here to support you
