Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client—every visit.
  • Educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program , a no-pressure membership designed to support consistent self-care.
  • Be the friendly voice on the phone and the warm face at the front desk.
  • Manage client check-ins, paperwork, scheduling, and payments with accuracy and ease.
  • Collaborate closely with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Leadership to create a smooth, supportive studio environment.

  • Base Pay: $16-$18 per hour
  • Commission: $5–$20 per membership sale
