We’re proud to be: 850+ active members 1,000+ appointments per month 2025 Best of the North Shore – Massage Studio What You’ll Get Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $17/$18 per hour Commission: $5–$20 per membership sale Bonus opportunities tied to studio growth and team milestones Medical & dental insurance (full-time, 30+ hours/week) Paid time off Wellness Perks Complimentary monthly massage or facial at any of our 5 studios (Newburyport MA, Bedford NH, Nashua NH, Salem NH, Portsmouth NH) 50% off service add-ons, additional services, and gift cards 30% off Sanitas skincare products Growth & Culture Ongoing training and professional development Coaching in sales, relationship-building, and client experience A strong, supportive team culture rooted in wellness and respect Opportunities for advancement within our 5-location, family-owned company What You’ll Do Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client—every visit Educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program , a no-pressure membership designed to support consistent self-care Be the friendly voice on the phone and the warm face at the front desk Manage client check-ins, scheduling, paperwork, and payments with accuracy and care Collaborate closely with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Leadership to create a smooth, supportive studio environment Schedule & Availability Schedule flexibility is a plus as we are open 7 days a week from 8:00am-9:00pm. We are hiring for a mix of mornings, evenings, and a weekend shift. Part-time aviability welcome to apply! Legal Disclaimer Each Elements Massage® studio is independently owned and operated. Responsibilities
