About The Position
Elements Massage in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor who is passionate about building relationships with clients and excelling in a sales environment. This part-time position requires individuals who can work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and who are eager to generate membership sales while providing exceptional customer service. As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you will be the first and final face of hospitality for our clients, ensuring that their experience is seamless from scheduling to payment. You will guide clients through the Elements Massage service path of care, emphasizing the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, which is crucial for maintaining long-term client relationships. In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers and massage therapists to create the best possible massage experience for all clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with current and prospective members, discussing the advantages of the Elements Wellness Program, and effectively selling this program to enhance client care. The ideal candidate will possess a competitive spirit, a love for conversation, and a commitment to ensuring every client has an excellent experience. You will also need to handle client feedback constructively, viewing criticism as an opportunity to improve service and client satisfaction. Sales experience is essential for this role, with a preference for candidates who have 1-2 years of experience selling memberships or services in a similar environment. You should be comfortable overcoming objections during the sales process and have a strong attention to detail, as accurate record-keeping is vital for both employee and client satisfaction.
