PCRK Group, a proud owner and operator of 131 Massage Envy locations across multiple states, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office). As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate the Massage Envy brand, engage our communities, and drive growth across our network of locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, skilled in digital storytelling, and ready to bring fresh ideas to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar for all Massage Envy locations operated by PCRK Group on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging daily content that grows our following and pushes new guests.
  • Monitor social performance metrics, trends, and audience engagement to optimize reach and effectiveness.
  • Capture and curate photo and video content that showcases our services, team culture, and brand values.
  • Design and produce eye-catching digital and print materials for promotions, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with Massage Envy’s brand guidelines and PCRK Group’s marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop visuals for events, social campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Plan, design, and distribute email campaigns and newsletters for multiple market segments.
  • Manage email lists, apply audience segmentation, and personalize campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting to guide ongoing improvements and strategy.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives that span 131 Massage Envy locations across several states.
  • Assist with coordinating local and regional marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships to boost community engagement.
  • Provide analytical insights and organic performance reports to the marketing leadership team.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the wellness and beauty sectors.
  • Pulling needed reports or lists for the Marketing Managers
  • Assisting with location-specific marketing needs or asks
  • Ordering needed marketing materials for events or specific location needs
  • All other marketing admin tasks directed by the Marketing Managers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or creative design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sproutsocial or Hootsuite), ZoHo or Sendgrid.
  • This person is detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects across a large, multi-location brand environment.
  • Must be able to commute or live in Tempe, AZ, and available for in-office work Tuesday through Thursday each week–Mondays and Fridays are WFH.
  • Experience in the spa, wellness, or beauty industry.
  • Background supporting multi-unit or franchise-based marketing efforts, experience using Meevo is a huge plus!
  • Experience in the organic space of Zoho campaigns, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is a must.
