About The Position

As a Wellness Instructor, you will assist the Activities Director, give input to the monthly activities calendar, conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents, and market our program/activities. EnerG by Aegis is created to help us look at health in a new way, focusing on the seven dimensions of wellness – a holistic approach designed to help individuals be well wherever they are. EnerG wellness programs take traditional recreational activities to a new level, offering an individualized, results-driven approach to enhance health and happiness.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Background in activity delivery with senior populations, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Activities Director
• Give input to monthly activities calendar
• Conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents
• Market our program/activities
