Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Strong listening and interpretive skills are needed.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Canyon Ranch's philosophy is required.
  • Personable demeanor with good written, telephone, and verbal communication skills is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Match guest intentions with suitable services, activities, and lectures.
  • Contact guests prior to arrival to provide guidance and invite them to pre-book services.
  • Assist guests on property by answering questions and conducting one-on-one consultations.
  • Adjust guest itineraries by booking, moving, or canceling services as needed.
  • Gather and document guest preferences and interactions, following up on requests.
  • Stay informed on company and department information through training and communication with other department heads.
