About The Position

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or guest-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide range of guests
  • Comfortable leading small groups and speaking in front of others
  • Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and guest experience
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences aligned with CIVANA brand standards
  • Engage guests through hosted experiences (e.g., Captain’s Tables, community activations, events)
  • Lead Intention & Gratitude sessions in a welcoming, reflective environment
  • Facilitate private and small group wellness classes
  • Support setup, breakdown, and transitions for classes and events
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure seamless daily execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of wellness and activity spaces
