About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for health and wellness.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and provide tailored recommendations on membership options.
  • Conduct informative tours of the studio, highlighting the benefits of our infrared workout sessions and guiding prospective members through our facilities.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our membership packages, promotions, and special offers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of HOTWORX services, pricing, and membership policies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the studio is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to promote brand awareness and drive membership growth.
