Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by educating guests on the science-backed benefits of Stretch Zone
- Deliver exceptional customer service: greet members warmly, schedule appointments, answer calls, and resolve concerns
- Support strong member retention through proactive engagement and follow‑ups
- Promote the value of stretching by meeting sales goals and encouraging add-on sessions
- Meet daily call quotas through professional, productive outreach that generates appointments and supports membership growth
