Requirements

• Nationally accredited Personal Training Certifications (e.g ACE, NASM, ACSM, CSCS) are highly desirable, or a degree in the following fields: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate, motivate, and inspire clients.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provide exceptional customer experience to clients.
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals through effective coaching and support.
• Flexibility to work with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, adapting training programs to suit their specific needs and preferences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and behavior, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to help get them connected with fitness & wellness services in the club.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in the club to educate members about our services.
• Track sales performance to implement improvements in the sales process.
• Leverage Hubspot sales platform to manage the lead & sales pipeline for the personal training department.
• Support Personal Training team by helping manage their sales pipeline.
• Assist Personal Trainers in overall business development and client support.
• Lead and motivate the fitness & wellness teams by fostering a culture of collaboration and constant improvement.
• Help bridge the gap between O2 Fitness Personal Training, Renew Physiotherapy, and Loop Nutrition for all O2 Fitness members.
