About The Position
The Wellness Director RN partners with Health Services leadership to oversee the clinical aspects of the health services department for assigned community and ensures that resident care needs are met by completing assessments, coordinating resident care, managing health services systems, and delegating nursing tasks. Promotes a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
