About The Position

Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking an experienced Wellness Director (RN or LPN) to lead the clinical operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This leadership role is ideal for a senior living clinical leader who is passionate about high-quality resident care, building strong care teams, and creating a culture where both residents and employees thrive. As the Wellness Director, you will oversee healthcare services, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor caregivers, and partner with community leadership to deliver exceptional care and service to residents and families. Requirements

  • RN or LPN license in good standing in Colorado
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for serving seniors and developing care teams

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Conducting initial and ongoing resident assessments
  • Developing and monitoring individualized care plans
  • Managing the medication administration program
  • Supervising and mentoring CNAs, QMAPs, and caregiving staff
  • Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and outside providers
  • Leading resident care conferences with families
  • Ensuring state regulatory compliance and documentation standards
  • Partnering with the Executive Director to improve resident outcomes and team performance
