About The Position

The Wellness Director LVN at Brookdale Oceanside is a pivotal nursing leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality care for residents. Requirements

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, with clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity while providing quality care as their healthcare needs change.
• Supervise and provide leadership and coaching to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.
• Lead a clinical leadership team of up to five members, depending on the complexity of the community.
