Required Qualifications Master’s degree required with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of related working experience, preferably in exercise science, health education, physical education or recreation and/or other related fields. This position is customer service focused. Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent time management skills are required. The individual must have a professional demeanor and be able to interface with internal and external customers diplomatically. Independent judgment is necessary to plan, prioritize and execute the duties of this position. Must be able to organize a diversified workload with attention to detail, generate spreadsheets, graphs, and Power Point presentations. The individual must be able to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Excellent oral communication skills are required when providing information and responding to questions from students, employees and faculty in one-on-one or group situations. The individual must be able to write business correspondence and procedure manuals plus compose memos, letters, and emails. Good proofreading skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications None
