Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator for our Caregiver Wellness team. This is an in-person position and this person must sit in our New Orleans, LA office 5 days per week.

  • Support and clearly explain existing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, mainly relating to benefits.
  • Provide clear and thorough information to caregivers while navigating through multiple platforms.
  • Manage questions from Caregivers with grace and tact, emphasizing a positive employee experience in every interaction.
  • Handle employment verifications and disability forms.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR/Benefits position covering several HR-related tasks, including benefits, employee onboarding, HR policies, and payroll.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
