Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, adapting care as their healthcare needs change.
• Maintain consistent quality of resident care and service delivery across all shifts, potentially stepping in as a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide when necessary.
• Supervise community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education.
• Manage associates' schedules and oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration.
• Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and medication audits according to Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
