About The Position

The Wellness Consultant/Receptionist at Vida-Flo is responsible for managing front desk operations, including client check-ins and check-outs, membership sales, cash handling, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position aims to create a positive experience for clients while adhering to HIPAA regulations and supporting the clinic's operational needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in the medical, retail, fitness, or restaurant industries.
  • Strong customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
  • BLS Certification preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to/from the clinic.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience in a medical or spa-related environment.
  • Familiarity with online software such as Booker or Square.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk functions including checking clients in and out.
  • Handle membership sales and cash transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Answer telephone calls and address client inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations.
  • Obtain vital signs from clients as needed.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Participate in clinic upkeep and maintenance.
