In collaboration with the CIS Director and the Senior Wellness Clinician, the Wellness Clinician-Licensed, LCSW, LPC or LMFT ensures that clinical interventions are effective, trauma informed, stage-based and tied directly to the goal and discharge plans of the individual receiving services. As part of a multidisciplinary, core services team, assessment and direct clinical services to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder or a co-occurring disorder who are enrolled in the CIS Program.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, LAC or LSW required, CADC preferred
- This position requires being bilingual Spanish speaking.
- 3 years paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an Outpatient or Community Mental Health Setting
- May supervise MSW or MA students
- Valid driver’s license required and no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months
