Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, LAC or LSW required.
• 3 years paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an Outpatient or Community Mental Health Setting.
• Valid driver’s license required and no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.

Nice To Haves

• CADC preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that clinical interventions are effective, trauma informed, stage-based and tied directly to the goal and discharge plans of the individual receiving services.
• Provide assessment and direct clinical services to people experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder or a co-occurring disorder.
• Collaborate with the CIS Director and the Senior Wellness Clinician.
• May supervise MSW or MA students.
