About The Position

Join the Ocean Community YMCA as a Wellness Attendant and make a difference in your community every day! Location: Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA Position: Part-Time, non-exempt Hours: Varies. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.
Requirements
- Age 18+ preferred
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (YMCA will train)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous fitness or customer service experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members in the wellness center with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure a clean, safe, and inclusive workout environment
- Provide equipment orientations and support safe usage
- Promote YMCA programs and build positive relationships with members
