About The Position

This position is under the direct supervision of the Wellness Director. This position is responsible for assisting the Wellness Director with the overall implementation and coordination of resident care services. This position will assist in monitoring the medication management program. The individual in this position will be expected to provide timely med passes to residents in accordance with dispensing orders, coordinate the management and provision of medication, perform health services under the supervision of the registered nurse, conduct routine measurement and laundry, evacuate residents in cases of fire/safety and emergency situations, assist with fire drills and complete other related tasks as assigned. The individual in this position will be expected to perform all personal care tasks including laundry and serving food, provides assistance with activities of daily living to all residents, perform health services under the supervision of the Community CEO.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Current hands-on CPR Certification.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must have current Med Tech Certificate or active CNA or HHA license.
  • Must have a clear background screening.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wellness Director with the overall implementation and coordination of resident care services.
