About The Position
iCRYO Wexford is seeking an energetic, people-focused team member with an interest in wellness and recovery services. This role focuses on client engagement, education, and delivery of recovery-based modalities in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness, fitness, sports, or recovery environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with flexible availability
- Availability to work 8–25 hours biweekly
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests to create an exceptional in-center experience
- Deliver wellness and recovery services such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, and other modalities
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and personalized wellness recommendations
- Support client goals through consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional wellness environment
