This role involves guiding prospective participants through structured conversations, helping them determine fit and next steps using established digital systems. This is a performance-based independent contractor model with clearly defined expectations and outcome-aligned remuneration. Requirements
- 7+ years experience in wellness, coaching, education, counselling, or client service
- Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital tools
- Self-directed professionals who value structure, integrity, and autonomy
- Open to operating within a performance-based independent model
