The purpose of the Wellbeing Supervisor i s to lead a holistic approach to wellbeing across the Clayton enterprise. This should result in enhanced wellbeing of team members and their families, which contributes to the professional success of Team Members and overall benefit to the company. The Supervisor will play a critical role in driving program visibility and acceptance throughout the organization. The Supervisor will be responsible for program creation, communication, marketing, outreach, program/population analysis, program implementation and evaluation of results. The Supervisor will also have management responsibilities for direct reports. This position REQUIRES travel, potential 30% or more of the time. Travel could be intensified during support of specific events/programs.
