What You Will Be Doing: Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa-wellness services, protocols, and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all sound healing instruments, mats, props, and designated service areas. Bus and stock all service area items including towels, water, ice, beverages, magazines, and clean headsets. Maintain smooth operation and safekeeping of instruments (e.g., crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums) and wellness equipment; complete periodic service checks and report maintenance promptly. Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. Maintain professional certifications in sound healing, breathwork, meditation, or related modalities; consistently pursue deeper knowledge through self-study, workshops, and continuing education. Administer wellness questionnaires or intake forms as set forth by Spa leadership. Lead group and private sound bath, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness sessions, ensuring each experience aligns with Fairmont standards of service excellence. Facilitate grounded, safe, sensitive breathwork practices appropriate for mixed-level resort guests. Deliver clear guidance on relaxation, somatic awareness, and energetic wellbeing throughout all classes. Support scheduling needs, including appointment setting and coordination for Guests and colleagues. Safeguard all Clients, Guests, Members, Colleagues, and Team Members throughout each experience while upholding the philosophy of the Spa Without Walls wellness program.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a sound healing, meditation, or breathwork instructor (or similar holistic wellness discipline).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable; able to work independently with limited direct supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm, grounded, and professional while focusing on Guest needs at all times.
• Luxury resort, spa, or high-end wellness experience required; experience in Hawaiʻi preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Accepted certifications in sound healing, breathwork facilitation, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
