About The Position

As an Equipment Operator you are responsible for operating and maintaining hydraulic fracturing equipment, trouble shooting equipment, rigging up and rigging down pump trucks with iron and hoses.

Requirements

• Minimum: 0 - 6+ years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree in a related field or Technical Certificate required
• 2+ years Fracturing/Stimulation experience with a service company or oilfield operating company
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work overtime (nights and weekends)
• Ability to be on call 24 hours a day when needed

Nice To Haves

• Some mechanical ability preferred
• Basic computer skills with the ability to input and read data
• Working independently under little supervision
• Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in accordance with EXE Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, as well as, regulatory requirements
• Be able to work in a team environment and understand their role as a member of the team
• Demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn the job duties of an Equipment Operator
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Conduct limited repairs and maintenance on fracturing equipment with supervision
• Work diligently toward the achievement of team goals
• Proficiently operate acid equipment, sand equipment, blender, and chemical equipment when necessary
• Demonstrate the ability to perform basic rig-up operations, including connecting hoses and iron
• Complete other duties as assigned by the leadership team
