About The Position

" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $20-24/hour Location: Hobbs, NM Assignment Duration: 6 months+ Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours or 8/6 Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays Entry level position for the a candidate with the right aptitude Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and repairing production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations Assist in the maintenance and repair of production equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, making necessary adjustments or repairs Work alongside production staff to meet quality and production goals Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly Perform general field duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Must be dependable, motivated, and punctual Mechanically inclined candidates strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must live within 40 minutes of Hobbs, NM (No man camp provided) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as needed High school diploma or GED (required) The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
