About The Position
The Well Operations Supervisor at ExxonMobil is responsible for directing and managing well site operations, including drilling, completions, frac, and workover activities. This role supports the ExxonMobil Well's Organization in conducting worldwide oil and gas well operations with a strong emphasis on safety, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. The position involves travel to various domestic and international drilling rig sites and includes on-the-job mentorship and formal training in drilling and well management principles.
