About The Position

ConocoPhillips and its heritage companies have operated in the Permian Basin for almost 100 years. The Well Intervention Engineer supports ConocoPhillips’ workover and well intervention program by delivering safe, compliant, and cost‑effective well plans that protect people, the environment, and asset integrity. Working closely with the Well Intervention Engineering Supervisor and a multidisciplinary team, this role contributes to near‑term operational success while driving continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions, technology adoption, and lessons learned. The position offers meaningful exposure to complex well operations and collaboration across completions, production, and field execution teams.
