About The Position

The Well Integrity Manager is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of well integrity across all assets while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards. This role involves developing and standardizing well integrity programs, monitoring well integrity data, and collaborating with engineering and operations personnel to address any integrity issues. The position also includes leadership responsibilities, mentoring team members, and managing budgets and contracts related to well integrity operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the petroleum industry with a focus on Well Integrity engineering.
  • Understanding of well construction, completion design, and installations.
  • Experience in well performance monitoring and operational aspects including workover and well intervention.
  • Knowledge of corrosion and scale management, cement and casing integrity assessment, and leak detection surveys.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State regulations related to well integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and developing programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and standardize Well Integrity Programs for Alaska Asset Teams.
  • Streamline procedures and employ new technologies for efficient well integrity operations.
  • Monitor well integrity data for all wells within the North Slope, Kenai, and CIO Asset Teams.
  • Collaborate with Operation Engineers and field operations personnel on well integrity issues.
  • Assist in preparing well integrity test procedures and support testing operations.
  • Review and update well performance and integrity data in the company database.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal well integrity rules and reporting procedures.
  • Utilize well integrity data to assist Corrosion Engineers in managing downhole chemical injection procedures.
  • Provide leadership in developing programs, policies, and procedures in the office and field.
  • Mentor and coach Well Integrity Engineers and Regulatory Technicians.
  • Prepare annual budgets, track costs, and forecast for Integrity-related activities.
  • Manage contracts with service support companies and negotiate rates.
