About The Position
The Welfare & Self-Reliance Manager is the single point of contact for Area and local leaders, providing awareness, training, and support, for Church resources and services, to help local leaders minister to those in need. This role works to build capability and capacity in local leaders and to create/facilitate partnerships with community resources. This position will be based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Principles of Operation: This role normally operates in a 'pull' relationship with local leaders. May be assigned as a Regional Manager when this role is used in an Area. Percentages may vary based on Area need.
