The Welding Supervisor supervises manufacturing employees in a heavy production environment. Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, working conditions and other production-related activities. Responsible for the safety of employees, quality, and efficiency of production while ensuring on-time delivery.
