As a Micro Welding Operator at Recco Products, you will be responsible for executing a wide array of weld operations with precision and meticulous attention to detail. Your primary objective will be to ensure the accurate production of welded components while adhering to stringent quality standards and operational protocols. This role is critical in maintaining the high-quality standards that Recco Products is known for, particularly in the aerospace-quality filters that we manufacture for various industries including aerospace, fluid power, and power generation. In this position, you will utilize proper techniques for handling small parts and monitor tooling wear to maintain equipment quality standards. You will perform basic setup for various welding configurations, such as seams, endcaps, flanges, rings, and tacking. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements. It is essential to perform designated operations as per drawing and work order requirements, ensuring that all production activities are accurately recorded, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered. Communication will be key in this role, as you will need to collaborate with your supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also crucial to ensure efficiency and safety in the workplace.
