About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of practical work experience in welding.
• Technical skills in MIG, TIG, stick and flux-cored welding, oxy-acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, and brazing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training in welding techniques.
• Collaborate with the education team to enhance and develop welding courses.
• Mentor students on individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovation.
• Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices in the classroom.
