About The Position
The Welding & Automation Specialist is responsible for growing the rental, lease, and sales of Red D Arc Specialty Products, including sub-arc systems, positioners, manipulators, turning rolls, orbital and heat treating equipment, blasting products, and related welding equipment in the North Region. The role involves following up on sales leads, making professional presentations, preparing quotes, producing conceptual Hard Automation application drawings, and expanding current Company Hard Automation sales channels. The candidate will coach and assist customers in self-performing their own heat treating and orbital welding, working directly with end-user customers and supporting the field sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, business, and leadership skills and demonstrate past successes.
