Operate hand-welding equipment to join metal components, or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products Ability to read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise and accurate welding in agreement with the customer's design specifications Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances. Communicate and problem solve with others in a reasonable and professional manner and work effectively in a team environment Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order - free of debris and perform proper maintenance Maintain clean equipment, tools, and work area Follow established safety procedures and work safely all day Follow all relative ISO 9000 procedures Record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports
