Pay & Earnings Potential Earn approximately $22–$26 per hour depending on welding level and attendance incentive eligibility. This effective hourly range includes our attendance incentive program that rewards employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period. Effective Earnings by Welding Level Apprentice Welder ~$20.50 per hour effective earnings Welder I ~$22.00 – $23.50 per hour effective earnings Welder II ~$24.00 – $25.50 per hour effective earnings Welder III ~$26.00+ per hour effective earnings Effective earnings include attendance incentive eligibility. Attendance Incentive Program Employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period are eligible to earn a $240 attendance incentive every two weeks. When earned consistently, this program adds approximately $3.00 per hour in additional earnings. Maximum annual opportunity: $6,240 Additional Incentive Programs Retention Bonus Program Welder I – Up to $1,000 Welder II – Up to $1,500 Welder III – Up to $2,000 Employee Referral Bonus Earn up to $1,000 for referring qualified candidates who join our team. Requirements

MIG welding experience preferred
Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
Strong attention to quality and craftsmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent Preferred
Must have strong understanding of how to interpret and use blueprints, welding specifications, and welding procedures
Must be able to use and read welding measuring devices including but not limited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to communicate both with supervision and other team members as it relates to job function and current task.
Must have basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing for calculating material fabrication.

Nice To Haves

Technical education courses, postsecondary institutions, such as vocational and technical institutes, community colleges, private welding, soldering, and brazing schools and/or welding training through the U.S. Armed Forces

Responsibilities

MIG weld trailer components and structural parts
Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
Assemble and fabricate metal parts
Maintain weld quality and production standards
Follow safety policies and procedures
Must be able to make repair welds using fabrication equipment including but not limited to cutting torches, hand grinders, surface grinders, and wheel grinders.
Must be capable of learning the proper use of fabrication support equipment including turntables, cranes, hoist, lift tables, carts, flip tables, #BTM123
