Your Role: Master of the Weld: You’ll perform precision welding on various metals using MIG/TIG and stick welding techniques. Maintenance Pro: You will adhere to proper operation protocols and routine maintenance of equipment. Quality Visionary: You’ll ensure that every weld meets all quality standards and specifications. Blueprint Innovator: You’ll interpret blueprints and plans, understanding the ins and outs of each product. Safety Advocate: You’ll adhere to all safety protocols and standards, and you’ll help us develop safer ways of working. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Welder.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
