Welder 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am Mon-Fri)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must supply own basic hand tools
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Able to MIG and TIG weld up to ¼” steel and aluminum.
- Ability to Read and Interpret Quality Documents and Drawings
- Able to perform basic mathematical computations
- Must regularly be able to lift and move from 50 to 100 lbs
- Must be able to tolerate long periods of standing
Responsibilities
- Responsible for welding various metals: stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel.
- Welds and Fabricates custom parts using a variety of machines including but not limited to, Millermatic 250 Mig Welder, Syncrowave 350 LX Tig Welder
- As workload requires, this position may involve other fabrication work in area’s such but not limited to Fastener Insertion Press, Shear, Spot Weld Machine, Auto-weld machine, Milling machine, Deburring, and Sanding Equipment
- Executes to work orders and engineering drawings
- Receives verbal orders to fabricate custom designed parts and products
- Receives written and verbal instruction on priority of orders
- Receives, checks and handles raw material from inventory as needed
- Sets up for daily work according to production schedule and/or verbal instructions
- Checks parts, products and machinery for defects
- Works at different workstations as job requires
- Maintains a clean safe work area
- Moves finished goods to other inventory or work areas
- Assists with special projects as assigned by supervisor
