About The Position

We're looking for skilled Welders like you! What You’ll Do: MIG Welding: Perform MIG welding to join metal parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Production Task Execution: Follow process sheets, blueprints, or verbal instructions from the supervisor to complete production tasks accurately. Material Handling: Maneuver large or heavy parts manually or with the assistance of a crane, as required. Weld Inspection & Finishing: Inspect welds throughout the process for quality, using grinding tools as necessary to achieve desired finishes. Machine & Workspace Maintenance: Keep machines and work areas clean and adhere to safety protocols. Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets predetermined tolerances and standards. Cross-Functional Support: Assist in other areas or departments as assigned to meet production needs. What You’ll Bring: MIG Welding Experience: Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required. Additional Welding Skills: Experience with Flux Core welding is a plus. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with grinding tools, drill presses, and ironwork is advantageous. Communication & Documentation: Basic oral communication skills; ability to read and understand written instructions in English and complete basic logs and reports in English. Physical Capability: Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components as required. Attendance & Compliance: Ability to work scheduled hours and adhere to company timekeeping and all other policies. Shift Endurance: Ability to consistently stand for the entire duration of the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment. Mechanical Knowledge: General mechanical knowledge is beneficial. Team Orientation: Able to work cooperatively with others and contribute as a team player. Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy and reliability in all tasks. Your Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report to work daily to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required.
