Requirements

• Must be proficient in aluminum and steel
• Must be able to work un-supervised
• 3 years’ experience Mig & Tig welding aluminum & steel
• Must be able to read prints & ACCURATELY read a tape measure
• Must have reliable transportation
• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Welder a plus

Responsibilities

• Mig welding of aluminum and steel
• Perform fabrication as required
• Weld on carbon steel of various thickness with MIG
• Weld on aluminum of various thickness with MIG
• Operate other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
• Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
• Maintain productivity while working unsupervised
• Respond to quick turn-around orders
• Perform well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area
• Perform related duties as assigned
