About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented welder who is proud of his or her workmanship? In that case, Win-Tech wants to talk to you! A welder is wanted in a Kennesaw aerospace machine shop! We work with titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and so much more - you'll be challenged in this highly-precision environment. What you will make will matter and mean the world across our nation's aerospace, defense, commercial corporations, and medical and construction industries. Full-time positions available: (40 hours a week) First Shift - 4 day work week - Monday-Thursday (6:00am-4:30pm) Second Shift - 4 day work week - Monday-Thursday (4:15pm-2:45am) Applicant must: -Have experience in the GTAW (TIG) welding process. -Have own tools. -Experience in the aerospace industry a plus. Experience with OR certifications to: - AWS D17.1 -ASME Section 9 Pressure Vessel code. -any Aerospace welding certification/specification is a plus. -CWI certification, valid or expired is a plus. Competencies: -Be able to read military specs and blueprints. -Organizational Skills. -Communication Proficiency: Effectively and professionally communicate in written and verbal forms. -Ethical Conduct. -Time Management. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lift up to 60lbs, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, visual acuity.
