About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous welding experience.
- Able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Able to stand, reach, bend, kneel and twist repeatedly.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut framing as needed.
- MIG/TIG weld frames and trailer components.
- Read blueprints and follow detailed welding specs.
- Use shop tools and machinery safely and efficiently (saws, grinders, etc.)
- Inspect and ensure welds meet our high-quality standards.
- Crosstrain between different jobs.
- Work in a clean, organized, and team-focused shop.
