Job Posting External Job Duties Use a Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) electric arc welding process to weld parts to print specifications. Inspect parts per print specifications. Set-up and adjust welder and fixtures to print specifications. Use a carbon arc air gouging and cutting process for rework. Grind and deburr parts to production traveler and print specifications. Rotate to one of 16 various weld stations. Maintain cleanliness and organization daily of the work area. Comply with all applicable Occupational, Environmental, Health and Safety standards, as well as Crown’s safety rules and regulations for each task performed. Assist with the training of departmental employees. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, analyze blueprints, understand weld symbols, remember, analyze, observe.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and understanding basic math (including decimals, fractions, and the ability to convert between metric and standard).
• Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
